Overview
ZA and ZAO petrochemical process pumps are designed according to API610 and VDMA24267 (light/medium) standards.
Application range: This pump is suitable for conveying clean or particle-containing liquids, low or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids.
Main uses: Refineries, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry and cryogenic chemical industry, paper and pulp industry, sugar industry and general process industry, water supply plants, seawater desalination plants, heating and air conditioning systems, power plants, environmental protection projects, ships and offshore industries, etc.

This pump is a single-stage, horizontal radially split volute pump with a foot support. It features a single-suction radial impeller, axial suction, and radial discharge.
According to the operating conditions, hydraulic balance is achieved using front and rear wear rings and balance holes. The stuffing box has cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal uses packing seal, and can also use single or double mechanical seals, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing system.
Standard piping is designed according to API standards.
The pressure rating of the suction and discharge pipe flanges is the same.
Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
