Replacing a 4-meter-long 10cm outlet hose with a 15cm pipe can save 0.5 kg of diesel in 10 hours. 4. If the water intake can remain clean, the filter can be removed.

  1. Install the pump at an angle and reduce bends. Install the submersible pump at an angle or turn the volute so that the outlet is directly facing the water pool.

  5. Replace the wear rings and adjust the axial clearance. Prevent improper impeller wear rings and axial clearance; adjust according to the pump's factory instructions during use.
 
  6. Remove blockages in the pipeline promptly. Foreign objects remaining in the intake pipe, impeller, or guide casing will reduce the water output.
 
  7. Prevent air from entering the submersible pump. If air enters the pump, the water output will significantly decrease. Check and maintain all sealing parts.
 
  8. Using a coupling for direct drive instead of a flat belt can improve transmission efficiency.
 
  9. Eliminate "high-angle artillery" style outlet pipes. This type of outlet pipe increases energy consumption.
